FAQ

When should I expect my content?

In most cases we try to deliver our content next day. For larger houses this can sometimes be closer to 2 days. For all video work we shoot to get the videos back to the client within 72 hours of capture. 

What if I am unhappy with my deliverables?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So this means if you are unhappy with the product we will revise it at no additional charge. We want you to be thrilled about your product and we will do our best to ensure that every time. 

What if it rains or I need to reschedule?

We do not bring the gear out in the rain. It’s expensive and electronic and those two things don’t play well with the rain. In the event of rain or a reschedule we will make every effort to rebook at the next closest available date. 

How do I get my content?

We use an online delivery service. You should receive an email with a link to a download page where you can download all the content we have created for your session. 

How do I pay for my session?

Once you have booked your session we will issue an online invoice. You can pay this online or you can send in a check. If you are a new client we do require that you pay the invoice prior to delivery of content. If you are a contracted client we will provide the link as soon as content is available for delivery and bill appropriately. 

What if my date and time isn't available?

We have a team of skilled photographers who allow for a wealth of availability. However in the event you do not have the time available you desire, you can always call the customer support team at 530-917-7016 to see if you can sneak a session in where the booking is not allowing. We are not magicians but the girls work some magic sometimes with the booking calendar.
